1. Acceptance of Terms

All ck44k accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 5.4 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an account and complete their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 BDT, subject to the specific terms of the welcome offer as published at the time of registration. 8. Intellectual Property

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by ck44k

ck44k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ck44k determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, provided false registration information, or if ck44k is required to do so to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligations. In cases of proven fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering, any outstanding balance in the account may be forfeited.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your ck44k account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified, unwagered real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no pending investigation is in progress.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or closure of your account — whether initiated by you or by ck44k — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
